My name is Katie, born and raised in San Antonio, Texas. My love for photography started in high school where I would practice photographing my friends, my dog, and all things nature. I made it a side gig in college, and have been capturing beautiful people, families, and friends on and off ever since!
I graduated from Texas A&M University with my bachelors in Business Administration - Marketing. I landed my dream internship at H-E-B Advertising, then moved to H-E-B Own Brands for 9 1/2 years. I absolutely LOVED my job, my teams, and the company - still do.
My heart shifted in 2024 when my husband and I were blessed with our amazing son. All I wanted to do was watch him grow and be there for him every day. I ended up saying goodbye to my sweet H-E-B to care for our son. It has been the biggest honor and privilege. Not only has this time with my family given me so much spiritually, emotionally, physically, etc., but it has also given me the opportunity to refocus on photography and let the passion of mine step forward. I look forward to more growth in the field, more connections, more stories, and more moments captured. Y'all are the heart of photography and the reason I love it so much.
